Thank you for doing this video. I dont have a split ring tool so I did'nt know another way to open one until I watched this video. Also I had never heard of a closed jump ring until seeing the video too I will be using them now. Thanks you came to my rescue.

Thanks for the instructions on how to use a split ring. I'd still like to find out how to make a split ring.
